Please only purchase items you plan on using and keeping. Due to the sensitive nature of scuba gear, and our desire to offer extremely competitive pricing, we aim to keep our policy very clear.
iDive does not accept any gear that has been used or is no longer in original packaging or without tags.
Returns are for store credit only. Store credit expires after one year.
We DO NOT refund merchandise for any reason. Due to the sensitive nature of scuba gear, whether as skin-contact equipment or life support, we must maintain a strict store policy on refunds in order to keep pricing competitive.
Use in salt water voids any return eligibility, except for warranty replacement or repair.
Scuba courses are non-refundable once any portion of the training begins.
The first $100 deposit or payment of any scuba course or dive trip is non-refundable.
International trips require a minimum of $200 non-refundable deposit (unless specifically noted on the actual signup page, or during a special promotion).
Sorry, no exceptions.
Most dive trips are non-refundable 14 days out or less. In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial or full refund if your spot can be filled (this only applies to sold-out trips, and in case-by-case scenarios).
Some trips have a sliding scale with specified refund or partial refund dates. Any trip with such policies will supersede general policy above. If unsure, please just ask.
Any stored or serviced gear NOT collected after 60 days of (3) contact attempts, becomes property of iDive Florida, which may then be resold, rented, or disposed of.
iDive does not offer refunds on rental gear, including for non-use or malfunction.
All rented gear must be signed off by user as acceptable and inspected prior to checkout (signed/initialed on rental form). Tanks are inspected to be full with o-ring prior to checkout.
Customer has full right and is encouraged to inspect gear for anything missing, incorrect, and that it is to their satisfaction. Tanks returned empty, regulators without dust caps in place, or gear unrinsed after saltwater use will incur repair fees. Customer is responsible for any damages to gear while in their possession. Customer must agree that their scuba certification is current and accurate, and they will not lend or allow other non-certified divers to use rental gear belonging to iDive Florida.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is strictly enforced, and we do not offer exceptions to this policy for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are only authorized for improper fit or malfunction.

Spear & hunting shafts, tips, bands, or related accessories.
NO SPEAR EQUIPMENT CAN BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (or forwarded email receipt), and confirmation with our staff.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one business day.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Used Items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
All used equipment sold at iDive is "as is" and not returnable for any reason, unless a written warranty was given. If a written warranty was given, you must bring the original document or proof.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or do not fit due to OUR error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for approval. Items can be sent to: 854 Anastasia Blvd. Saint Augustine, FL USA 32080.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In some cases of our direct error, we may credit your account the return shipping charge, at our discretion.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
